We at The Art of More ("The Art of More.io”, “The Art of More Pty Ltd", , "We," "Us," "Our") know that our users ("you," "your") care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. By visiting or using the Website, Application, Platform and associated services (“Site”) in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the ways outlined below.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") that we gather when you are accessing or using our Site. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

We collect, store, and utilise any data you knowingly provide to us. For example, we collect Personal Data such as your name, email address, work style preferences and career goals. Failure to provide certain Personal Data may severely limit or make it impossible for The Art of More to provide its service.

When you visit the Site, whether as a The Art of More customer or a non-registered user just browsing, our servers automatically record Usage Data that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. We use this information to monitor and analyse use of the Site and for the Site’s technical administration, to increase our Site’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our Users’ needs.

Information collected from 3rd parties

Third party services (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google) allow this Site to access data from your account on the third party service, and perform actions with it. These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorisation by the User. Personal Data collected may include information about the User, contact email/s, education history, employment/work history, website, skills and current city/location.

Other

The Art of More often introduces new features, some of which may result in the collection of new information. Furthermore, new partnerships or corporate acquisitions may result in new features, and we may potentially collect new types of information.

The Site User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared through this Site and declares to have the right to communicate or broadcast them, thus relieving the Data Controller of all responsibility.

How we use your personal data

Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Site to provide its services. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Data in personally identifiable form to anyone. Where we transfer information to persons outside Australia we believe that the recipients of such information are subject to a law, binding scheme or contract which effectively upholds principles for fair handling of the information that are similar in all material respects to the National Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act.

Service providers

We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide the Services to you. Those that purchase The Art of More Paid Services are asked by The Art of More to comply with all relevant obligations relating to the use and disclosure of personal information that are outlined in the Privacy Act. The Art of More cannot however guarantee compliance with these obligations.

Business transfers

We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Also, if we (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Data would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

Protection of The Art of More and others

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or a court order; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of The Art of More, our employees, our Users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
